The services provided by First Legal Support are designed not just specifically to save you time and money but to take away the stress from the logistics of dealing with your clients all over the United Kingdom, due to our nationwide coverage. Meaning you will be able to spend more time in the office instead of travelling around the country!

All of our services are aimed at supporting liability assessment, indemnity and quantum issues at the earliest opportunity. This is not only for cost effective reasons but to settle claims as quickly as possible in line with current MoJ procedures.

Each one of our more popular services are priced on a fixed fee basis and there are no hidden extras so you know exactly what our invoice will be before you receive it. This is regardless of where we are instructed to attend across the mainland. The only additions to our fees are for items outside our control such as authority fees when interviewing emergency services personnel, interpreter fees or travel costs off the mainland.

Once instructed we are aware of the trust placed in us and we effectively become our customers representative and customer facing image. We act as your eyes and ears when meeting your clients and representatives and the way we behave and act is a reflection of your company.
