Employer Liability / Public Liability Site Reports

The site report is our employer/public liability equivalent to the road traffic accident locus report. To ensure complete accuracy we prefer to carry out these locus visits in the company of the client however, we are aware that this is not always possible.

It covers all the necessary information required for ‘slip & trip’ cases through to accidents at work. Completed reports are produced in PDF format and emailed direct to the relevant handler, or if requested we will provide hard copies in a presentation folder.
