The circumstances of the accident, as described by your client, independent witnesses and the third party needs to be proved or disproved at the earliest opportunity. Our video evidence and/or accident reconstruction evidence will allow your claims handlers to assess the information available, formulate their argument and reserve judgement accordingly.
