Liability and indemnity needs to be determined at the earliest opportunity, not only for cost effective reasons but to enable our clients to settle claims quickly, efficiently and as economically as possible.

The circumstances of the accident, as described by your client, independent witnesses and the third party needs to be proved or disproved at the earliest opportunity. Our video evidence and/or accident reconstruction evidence will allow your claims handlers to assess the information available and to formulate their arguments and reserving philosophy accordingly.

Our investigators will compile detailed video evidence, illustrating:

1. Each party's direction of travel towards the point of impact
2. Traffic light sequence (which will enable you to view how the junction is controlled, showing the timings between each sequence change). Evidence will be compiled at walking pace and also from a vehicle to show a realistic view.
